Welcome to the website of Bonaire Fiscaal, where tax expertise and personal service go hand in hand when navigating the complex world of international tax and legal matters around Bonaire.
We specialise in advising on tax and legal issues, partly cross-border between the United States of America (USA) and Bonaire. The advice is provided by Gerhard Sjobbema (Groningen, The Netherlands 1972), who has been working in the advisory practice since 1997, focusing in particular on corporate and tax law. He is both a lawyer and tax consultant, graduated in tax law from the University of Groningen and obtained a PhD in (tax) law in 2006. He is also an associate professor in the tax law section of the Faculty of Law at the University of Groningen (RuG).
